1. The Privacy Provision (hereinafter referred to as “Provision”) outlines the procedure for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data of Website and mobile app “Lingualeo” users (hereafter the “Website users”) and any other use of personal data.
The Website Owner – Lingualeo Cyprus Limited is also a developer and owner of the intellectual property rights of the software (mobile application) Lingualeo.
2. The Website User can only give their personal data to the Website Owner voluntarily. In this case, the Website Owner is guided by this Provision in the collection, processing, and storage of the Website User’s personal data.
3. What data are proceeding and for what purposes:
The Website Owner requests the following information for the Website user:
• name and email address – to create an account and for communication purposes.
• data from the User’s Facebook account to fill out the User’s profile on the website if User uses it for registering purposes.
• data from the User’s Google account to fill out the User’s profile on the website if User uses it for registering purposes.
4. How does the data proceeding:
The Website Owner collects data to process the User’s order and manage User’s account. The Website Owner may also use the data to email Users with special offers on other products and services upon the primarily consent of the User.
The User have the right at any time to stop The Website Owner from contacting for marketing purposes.
5. The Website Owner only gives access to the User’s personal data to employees and contractors that require this information in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.
6. Personal data provided by the user can only be disclosed through a request by a court, law enforcement agency, or in other cases provided for by the law.
7. The Website Owner does not check the authenticity of personal data provided by the User except in cases when doing so is necessary to fulfill obligations to the User.

10. How the data can be deleted:
Personal data will be automatically destroyed when the User deletes their personal account on the Website.
The User may contact the Website Owner directly at: support@lingualeo.com on the request for the removal of the personal data and deletion of person account or upon any questions about privacy policy, the data the Website Owners hold on to the User.

The new edition of the Provision is effective as soon as it is posted unless otherwise specified in the Provision.
