Recruitment agency

Only once I have managed to get a job with a recruitment agency. It was unsuccessful experience for me. They disoriented me, so I was bitterly disappointed with the working conditions and benefits package.
If I need to hire a new employee, I prefer commercial reference rather than services of recruitment agency. I also often use services of HeadHunter (hh.ru). It is a user friendly Internet portal designed for job hunting and personnel hiring. I myself got a good job through this online service a few years ago.
